Collections Michigan’s Military & Space Heroes Museum collects a wide range of artifacts that document the history of the Michigan men and women who answered the call of duty to serve during our nation’s seven foreign wars. Our deep and rich collection of personal and historical artifacts and archives allows the Museum to share the extraordinary stories of service and sacrifice with our current and future visitors. The Museum uses its collections for a variety of purposes. While some historic objects may be placed on display in our long-term or temporary exhibits, others may be used to help us educate students. Other items, such as photographs or archival documents, support the Museum’s research efforts.
